Fero has been in business for many, many years and his marketing campaigns mainly consisted in word to mouth advertising. Louise, his better half, came to me when they started noticing a drop on his usual volume of business calls. Despite of his good reputation, with clients moving on and with the aging population in Vancouver, without a website presence it became almost impossible to engage the younger generation in need for his services.
Your web presence is like your office space. People doesn’t trust you exist if you don’t have at least a webpage and a place where they can find the services you provide and easy access to contact information.
We worked hard, creating something that Fero would be comfortable with, not feeling threatened by using it himself, and a website that reflected the many years of experience he has to back up his business.
